Wooden halls are fashioned from primary wooden arches that run uniformly along the facility’s length. These primary arches consist of multiple interconnecting wooden pieces, firmly secured with steel fasteners. These arches serve as the structural backbone, supporting the panels or membrane that envelops the entire edifice. The entire structure is securely affixed to a concrete foundation.
Wooden halls boast distinctive attributes that set them apart as remarkably fire-resistant structures. The wooden elements are forged from exceptionally durable wood, while all steel components undergo a hot-dip galvanization process, ensuring enduring protection against corrosion.

The optimum heating and / or cooling units are selected on the basis of calculated consumption, which depends on the size and location of the facility. Also condensing heating units can be installed inside the facility.
LE-DBS is our long-term development solution, which can lower electricity consumption by up to 40 %. The LE-DBS lighting system is certified by various European institutes and is able to supply maximum luminance for a space, no matter the size or purpose. LE-DBS features:
DALI technology for controlling of lighting system, dimming of lights with options from 0 to 100 %.
With the DIAL system for analysis of luminance we achieve proper illumination of each space as per customer requirements.
DBS lighting system is certified according to IECEE standard and has compliance for use in sports facilities according to DIN VED 0710-13:1981 and DIN VED 18032-3.

The foundation of wooden and steel halls can be made with temporary anchors or permanent individual footing foundations where the anchors are embedded in reinforced concrete along the foundation axis. Special structural details (hot-dip galvanized wedges, threaded rods, earth anchors) ensure efficient transfer of forces directly to the foundation’s soil, which ensures the stability of the building and the optimum foundation performance according to the load and characteristics of the foundation soil.
SINGLE DOORS
Single doors, with single point closure, are made of galvanized sheet metal, which is double coated.
EMERGENCY DOORS
Emergency doors, with single point closure, are additionally fitted with a safety handle that allows for rapid evacuation.
Wooden elements are dimensioned according to Eurocode standards. Primary arched beams are made of laminated spruce wood of strength class GL24 or GL28. The lamellae are glued at the ends in a toothed joint (EN 385), which ensures a bearing strength of up to 400 kg / m2. They are manufactured in accordance with European standards EN14080 and EN386. All fasteners are made from steel. They have a high load-bearing strength and are protected against corrosion.
FACADE PANELS:
Polyurethane facade panels are frequently used, filled with insulation of various thicknesses. On the outer and inner side of the panel, the thickness of the metal is determined according to the location and is available in different colours. Besides heat and sound insulation, the facade panels offer high resistance to mechanical damage.
SLIDING WALLS:
Sliding walls allow the natural ventilation of the building during warm periods, and additionally reduce the costs of lighting. The building can have a single or double membrane, due to which the building is better insulated.
ROOF INSULATION PANELS:
Roof insulation panels can be used for covering a facility. They come in different thicknesses, curved shapes and offer high insulation properties.
